Chakra Sound Bath Meditation

A Chakra sound bath is a sound healing practice that focuses on balancing and activating each of the seven major chakras. This is achieved by using instruments that produce sound frequencies that resonate with each of the chakras. You will be guided through a chakra cleansing and balancing meditation as you are soothed by the corresponding sounds of the crystal bowls. We will work to bring harmony back into the body, mind and spirit through harmonic resonance. As the meditation comes to an end, the sound journey continues as you are bathed in the healing frequencies and vibrations of chimes, Tibetan bowls, tongue drums, gong and more.  It will be an afternoon of total relaxation and bliss!

Each guest will receive a chakra crystal set from Lotus 8 in Doylestown to take home at the end of the event.
