About the event
An hour of yoga for pre-teens ages 10-13. Each class is designed to teach fundamentals of breathing & poses, inner balance, focus and coping skills for a lifetime of benefits. We will support & encourage each other while building friendships. Taught by Tina Siegfried RCYT.
8 Classes $136 (no class July 3rd)
