About the event
Two hours of intensive power yoga paced to strengthen and stretch the entire body. This workshop will follow the core program and requirements set by Baptiste Power Yoga; including heat, breathe and vinyasa flow. Class taught by Tina Siegfried RYT 500, E-RYT 200 (Baptiste Power Yoga). Pre-Registration is required as space is limited
