About the event
We use our hands and feet every day and don't give them a second thought. What can we do to take care of them? How do our hands and feet effect our yoga practice? This workshop will bring more awareness to proper usage of hands and feet in yoga poses. And yes, there are some poses that incredibly benefically to hands and feet. Pre-registration is required $20.
