About the event
A fun age appropriate yoga class for youth ages 5-10 in a safe and friendly environment. The class is themed around the start of winter, solstice, and winter activites. We will move, breath, and learn basic yoga poses while playing games and singing. This is a great opportunity for family and friends to share. Taught be Tina Siegfried RCYT (Registered Child Yoga Teacher). $5/child
